Odette is a sweet girl, who will help anyone out of a jam. She usually doesn't judge, and is really easy to get along with if you take the time to get to know her. She is smart, independant, and quick to answer questions any time, any place.
She is also very flirtatious, her witty replies and charm attracting attention from many guys her age. She'll talk to anyone, and is quite daring. With flirtatiousness comes her competitive side. If she wants something, she will go for it, usually no questions asked. Her motto is that you only live once.
After all this, Odette has a dark side. She can be very temperamental, and easily angered. When she is upset, she is wrathful, and her revenge isn't always the prettiest thing in the world.
[glow=red,2,300]History:[/glow]
Born to Markus and Charlene Colville, Odette was her parent's first born child. She was a bit of a spoiled child, but her parents somehow kept her down to earth. Under that sweet exterior, though, was a devious little girl just waiting to break out, and within minutes of meeting her for the first time, you'd know it.
A few years later, much to her suprise, her parents arrived home with two "bundles of joy" -- her brothers, Evan and Darren. No matter how much they cried, smelled, or drooled, Odette immediately fell into the role of the big sister, and accepted it wholeheartedly.
Finally, at the age of 5, she began attending the local school. Ever since then, she had been working hard to become one of the stop students in her class. Competitive and independant, she'd always push herself to the limit, bringing in good marks.
As she hit her teenage years, Odette began to date. Her first boyfriend (Matt, then 16), came at the age of 14 for Odette. When she had found that he'd been cheating on her, she broke into his locker and filled it up with various, ahem, feminine products. Needless to say, after the next day when he opened his locker, the other boys in their high school thought twice before messing around behind her back.
She is now in her sophomore year, and absolutely loving it. She's hoping that with some time and patience, this will be an excellent year for her.

Wind heavy with the scent of flowers from the school gardens drifted lazily around the school and the huge grounds surrounding it. The weather was warm and the sun shone brightly, warming everything in it's reach. Fat, fluffy white clouds drifted lazily across the blue sky, as bees swerved this way and that, drunken and heavy with nectar. Across the school grounds, many students from the school could be seen taking a break with their friends outside, enjoying a day in one of the last weeks before cooler weather set in.
If it hadn't been for the open window in the library, Odette would not have known about the warm, inviting weather. She was in a deserted part of the library, curled up in an over-stuffed chair, reading a book. She had just finished a chapter, and so she slipped a piece of ribbon into the book. She gazed across the room and through the open window. She rummaged in her purse and found her Library Card. Hopping up, she took her book to the front desk for check-out.
Five minutes and a trip to the Dungeons later, Odette made her way into the Hogwarts Courtyard. She took a breath of fresh air and sighed. This was one of the few days she'd have outside before the weather got nasty and blustery, like their winters often were. After that, hanging out from time to time, and the possibility of dates would be the only reasons that Odette would venture outside. Then again, it would all really depend on how cold it got this time around.
She walked to a quiet side of the Courtyard, and found her usual place to relax and hang out was not occupied by another student. Part of the Courtyard walls were slightly tattered, and Odette had found years before that the tiny holes in the wall were perfect for climbing up onto a ledge on the castle. Treading carefully, she made it to the ledge, and stood up. Inching along quickly, she made her way onto the wider part of the ledge and sat, her feet hanging over the edge.
The ledge itself was at least twelve to thirteen feet up, at best guess. Quite a long way to fall if you happened to slip. She leaned back onto the wall, the sun hitting her face and warming her up. Below her, she heard movement, so carefully. she gazed down and over the edge.
